Dorothy Atuat Tootoo has lived and worked in Rankin Inlet for 17 years. She is fluent in Inuktitut and English. - ᑐᙵᓇᕐᓂᖅ · Tunnganarniq: fostering good spirit by being open, welcoming and inclusive.
- ᐱᔨᑦᓯᕐᓂᖅ · Pijitsirniq: serving and providing for family and/or community.
